Privacy notice.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

This notice explains what Tom Ingram Motorsport Limited does with the details you give us when you make a sponsorship enquiry through this site. It covers this site only. If you are a CLUB80 member, the membership platform has its own separate privacy policy at club-80.com.

Who we are

Tom Ingram Motorsport Limited is the controller of your personal data. Company number 08156609, registered office 4 Clews Road, Redditch, England, B98 7ST. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you complete either enquiry form we collect your first and last name, job title, company, work email address, and phone number if you choose to give one. We also record the brand category you select and, for a discovery visit, the round you would prefer to attend.

Alongside that we record how you arrived at this page. That means the Google click identifier and campaign tags carried in the web address, the page address itself, and the site you came from. This tells us which advert led to your enquiry. We also store a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, which we use only to stop the form being abused. We cannot recover your actual IP address from it.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a race day visit or send the information you asked for, and to keep a record of the conversation if it develops into a commercial discussion.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have approached us about a possible business relationship, and responding to you is what you would expect. We also ask you to tick a box confirming you are happy to be contacted, so that your wishes are unambiguous. Understanding which adverts generate enquiries is also a legitimate interest, as it lets us spend our advertising budget sensibly.

We will not add you to any marketing mailing list on the strength of this enquiry, and we will not send you unrelated marketing.

Cookies

This page sets no cookies unless you allow them. If you choose to allow measurement cookies, Google Ads conversion tracking records that an enquiry was made so we can see which adverts work. If you decline, the page works exactly the same and your enquiry reaches us normally. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who else sees it

Your details are held in Cloudflare's database service, which hosts this site, and are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Both act on our instructions only. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with any sponsor, partner or third party for their own purposes.

Our database and our email sending are both configured to operate within the European Economic Area, so your data is not routinely transferred outside the UK or EEA.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead anywhere, we delete it within two years. If it becomes a commercial relationship, we keep the records for as long as that relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, which is the ordinary period for business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can object to our using it on the basis of legitimate interests, and you can ask us to restrict what we do with it. Ask by emailing [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
